Photos from the Sesquicentennial edition of the Bates Calendar

Juxtaposing photographs of Bates today with those from the Edmund S. Muskie Archives and Special Collections Library, the Sesquicentennial edition of the annual Bates Calendar charts a path from the College’s earliest years to present times. As you can see in this slide show, it’s not a straight line — but then again, what adventure doesn’t have a few twists?
