Key & Card Access Request Form for Non-Bates Community Members
“Non-Bates Community Members” is a term to encompass anyone that does not fall into the category of faculty, staff, or student. This includes vendors, volunteers, contracted employees (such as those from a temp agency), affiliated scholars, etc.
