About the Presenter:

Ann Drummie is the author of “Wallet on the Rental Car Roof: A Guide for Young Professionals Growing their Leadership Skills”. She launched her coaching business in 2019. It’s named Winletha, after her two grandmothers – Winifred and Aletha.

Her favorite part of being a leadership coach is guiding a client to an “aha” moment. Ann’s clients: – articulate their next career path steps – identify how they are valuable beyond technical proficiency – lead with greater ease and engagement She has certifications from Integral Coaching Canada, Motivation Factor, and Designing Your Life. She also has a liberal arts degree from Smith College and architecture and civil engineering degrees from McGill University.

After 20 years in the corporate world in the United States, she lived as a global digital nomad for 7 months. Then in March 2020 she resettled in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She is an avid traveler and curler.
