If you would like to borrow a Bates banner for an upcoming wedding or special event, please fill out the form below. If you are requesting a banner to be mailed to you, please allow at least three weeks for processing and shipping. We will confirm your request by email and schedule the banner to ship 2-3 weeks before your event date. If you have a specific deadline (other than your event date) for receiving the banner, please let us know in the “Special Instructions” section. When we send the banner, we will include a postage-paid envelope for its return to campus.  PLEASE NOTE: We will do our very best to fulfill all requests, however, we are not able to guarantee delivery for requests received fewer than 10 business days prior to your event.
