+Gregory Manthei ’90
Gregory Manthei is a co-founder and Director at Pelham Berkeley Search a boutique staffing firm with recruiting hubs in New York and Boston that specializes in Information Technology and Finance placements
He has been involved in full life cycle recruiting and staffing since 1993 as a hands-on recruiter and recruiting manager.
Gregory studied History at Bates College (`90), has completed professional training programs including AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter and NAPS Certified Personnel Consultant, and is a member of the American Staffing Association. He resides in the suburbs of Boston with his wife, two children and his labradoodle Percy, and works in New York and Boston. When not in the office recruiting rock stars, he can be found at Red Sox games, running Marathons, and chasing his kids down ski slopes.
+Megan Panzer Kageleiry ’12
Megan majored in psychology and discovered her passion for career development as a senior at Bates. Since graduation, Megan has spent her career in Talent and HR at various companies, including Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Mulesoft, and Salesforce. She is currently the head of talent and people operations at Thumbtack, a marketplace for skilled professionals located in San Francisco.
+Isaiah Rice ’15
Isaiah Rice is currently a Talent Acquisition Administrator with Habitat for Humanity International in Atlanta, GA. He has been there for 4 years. He manages some domestic and international recruitment for the organization, along with diversity and inclusion projects. In his spare time, Isaiah is heavily involved in the performing arts.
+Hannah Siegel ’15
After graduating from Bates in 2015, Hannah Siegel spent three years at Farallon Capital Management where, as an HR generalist, she helped scale their analyst recruiting efforts. Hannah then became a recruiting manager at Rothy’s, the wildly popular San Francisco-based shoe company. As the first member of the People team, Hannah quadrupled the size of the company over two years — managing full-cycle recruiting to ensure a stellar candidate experience from beginning to end. She currently resides in Midtown Manhattan with her two-year-old English creme, Kona.
