About the Presenter:
Lydia Aponte
Lydia is a lawyer, a certified coach, and a facilitator. She specializes in well-being, career, and leadership growth. Her coaching is informed by positive psychology, positive intelligence, and 17 years of experience serving as a leader in the government. Lydia helps lawyers and leaders prioritize their well-being by cultivating sustainable habits of self-care and mental fitness. Her programs for individuals include improving mental fitness to “bounce back” from setbacks, well-being by design, and job makeover for better job satisfaction.
Lydia’s academic background includes a BA with high honors from the University of Puerto Rico and a JD from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. She is certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation and as a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) with a career specialization by the Center for Credentialing in Education.
