“I would like to thank you for your generosity and being able to help me and other Bates students be prepared for the winter. I’m from San Diego, CA so I had never experienced temperatures below 50°F. The coat and gloves that I received have definitely kept me warm and protected, especially in the snow storms. Unfortunately I won’t be able to attend the dinner tonight, but I am truly grateful for the winter coat and gloves that I was able to have” – Bates Student ’20
