Classroom Climate – The teaching-learning process is inherently a social act. Educators should be mindful of the social and emotional dynamics in our courses because they impact learning and performance. Inclusive Teaching – Focuses on concrete strategies and examples for how to intentionally enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion in your teaching. Reflective Practice – Critically reflecting on our teaching helps us examine the validity of our teaching and learning assumptions and the efficacy of our teaching activities. Explore intentional activities to promote and support your reflective practice including self-assessments and inventories, interpreting student evaluations, teaching observations, and exploring the scholarship of teaching and learning.
