Dear Colleagues, 

I write to share with you that the college received notice this afternoon that the National Labor Relations Board (the Board) today issued an order granting union counsel’s motion to open and count the ballots in our case. The Board went on to specify that the case is now remanded to the Regional Director “for further proceedings consistent with this order.” We will await notice as to when the counting will take place, and we will share what we learn when we hear from the Regional Director.
