The Office of Campus Life assists BCSG-recognized student clubs and other student organizations with posting images promoting their activities, events, or programs on the TV screens located around campus. If you’d like to post something on digital signage, please abide by the following guidelines, and submit your image via the form below.

1. All images must be in .PNG or .JPG format.
2. Images must be 1920 x 1080 pixels. Images in different dimensions will not be posted. (If you’re not familiar with Photoshop, canva.com may be able to assist you with creating the image!)
3. Note that images will only appear for 10 seconds at a time, so including only the most basic information to get your idea across will be more advantageous than including all information about your promoted item.
