The BCSG Funding & Activities Board accepts and reviews new club applications on a rolling basis throughout the fall semester. The application opens on the first day of fall classes and closes on the last day of fall classes.  Please ensure you understand the club application process before submitting the form, which you may find here.

Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks’ processing time for the application, and be attentive to your email inbox as you may receive urgent questions from those reviewing the application. Failure to respond in a timely manner will result in delay in processing.
