Congratulations to the Bates Class of 2020 and our daughter Charlotte Hale Alberts. We are so happy for each you. We know this not the way you imagined your college careers would end. At least you have a world-class liberal arts education that will help you to handle what life throws your way.

To our dearest Charlotte, we are incredibly proud of you and your accomplishments. Attached is a photograph of you on drop off day in 2016. Since that day you have learned so much and grown in to accomplished young woman. We know that your short term plans have been hijacked by COVID-19, but your future is bright. We are love you so.
