The Conferences and Campus Events Office houses all easels on campus. If you are in need of an easel for your meeting/event, please reach out to the office at 207-786-6299 to arrange this. We also have a limited amount of paper pads and markers for rent.

The cost for renting all equipment is listed below.

$2.00 per easel
$8.00 per pad of paper
$1.00 per package of markers

Your department will be charged a replacement fee of $15.00 if the easels are not returned.
