Using bulk items ,when possible, is core to our mission of sustainability and in this case is a return to pre-covid practices. Single serving containers create massive amounts of non-recyclable waste and are significantly more costly- both in up front costs as well as disposal costs. 

In terms of food safety the service style is consistent with the rest of the operations and exceeds food code requirements.
