Muffin envy
Muffin envy
Nearly every morning, I look on with jealousy as my friends adorn their plates with muffins that run the gambit in terms of flavor variety. In fact, this article (https://thebatesstudent.com/25526/forum/how-bates-muffins-made-me-a-morning-person/) in the Bates Student details the vast range of muffins offered (and even offers that caveat that it’s not all-encompassing of every muffin kind)! However, among these many options is not a single gluten free muffin! While I know gluten free baked goods can present a challenge, I promise that these would be greatly appreciated. The gluten free bakery offerings (flourless chocolate cake, crisps, and GF brownies, for example) are terrific dessert options at lunch and dinnertime, but it would be great to add a gluten free morning pastry amongst the GF toast/bagel and cereal options!
This one is a bit more tricky to accomplish. If you have a need for gluten-free breakfast pastries, please reach out to us at dccespecdining@groups.bates.edu to discuss options.
Thanks for writing,
Cheryl
