Just enjoyed a GREAT lunch. The vegan 7-layer dip (which in its vegan-ness didn’t have sour cream, which is my preference)(that is, preference for no sour cream) was a Wednesday treat! Of course the pizza is always good, and the apricot squares with the granola crust was perfect. Yum!

Most of all, thanks for all you do these next four days. I know it’s a holiday weekend for most of the country, and most of our staff, but you keep things humming for the groups on campus this summer, and it doesn’t go unnoticed nor unappreciated. Many thanks!
