Prof. Thorsten Janus from the University of Wyoming will present his talk on “Does Minority Rule Cause Ethnic Wars?” Professor Janus is an expert on international and development economics and will be giving an in-depth look at the relationship between political and economic structure and armed conflicts in a set of different countries.
