Professor Áslaug Ásgeirsdóttir’s research focuses on ocean governance, including shared fisheries resources and the settling of maritime boundaries. She is the author of Who Gets What? Domestic Influences on International Negotiations Allocating Shared Resources, published by SUNY Press in 2008, in addition to more recent articles on the settling of maritime boundaries published in the Journal of Conflict Resolution, Review of International Organizations, and Marine Policy.
