Keycard access and 20,000 tests
Dear Colleagues,
Two updates:
(1) A second update to keycard access and hours of operation. As we approach the end of September and better understand student patterns and space needs, we are adapting our hours to academic buildings again. Academic building hours have been extended to be consistent with Ladd Library hours for all faculty, student, and staff keycards (detail by building shown here) with additional hours in Pettengill. Again, a kudos to the teams that are carefully managing these buildings this fall.
(2) By the end of the day we will have passed over 20,000 completed COVID tests in the Underhill testing facility; the dashboard through last Friday is shown here. As ever, we strongly encourage those faculty and staff who are often on campus to be a part of this community health campaign. A reminder to review FAQ on testing, and to review the public health policies on campus – what has led us to a successful September thus far will serve us well in October: keep wearing those face coverings, continue self-monitoring for symptoms of illness, and focus on continued hand hygiene.
Thanks, Geoff
