Bates has established relationships with three staffing/temporary agencies.  Funds for employees hired through agencies are charged to the operating budget of the department that utilizes these services.

You may contact either agency listed below directly without prior approval from Human Resources. You should be prepared with the following before contacting an agency:

• job description that includes duties and responsibilities
• estimated start and end date for the position
• hours/schedule
• rate you would like the individual to receive for work at Bates
• mailing address you would like invoices sent to
