About Training through Vector Solutions

Bates College has partnered with Vector Solutions as our Learning Management System (LMS) to assist in providing training content with flexible delivery options as well as the ability to fulfill documentation requirements and provide course completion certificates.

The LMS enables employees to take assigned courses online.  Courses will also be offered in classroom style to accommodate in person opportunities when preferred.  Under either method, completion certificates will be provided.

Bates College is dedicated to ensuring compliance with all state and federal training requirements through implementing and monitoring comprehensive training. The courses that are available will ensure human resources compliance, health and safety compliance, support the professional development needs of employees, and the operational needs of the campus.
