On January 24, 2024, the Garnet Gateway will be updated. The main functional change is that instead of logging in with your Bates ID and PIN, you will now log in with your single sign-on (SSO) credentials and DUO.

In addition to this functional change, many cosmetic upgrades will take place, including visual changes to your timesheet, pay stubs and more.

Furthermore, you will now be able to make many changes to your employee profile that were not available in the past, such as updating your mailing address, personal phone number and personal email.
