My long-term goals are to go East at some point. I have become very attached to Christine Swartz. Living in Lewiston, Cynthia Gutmann is in her second year as a social worker in the Auburn school system. She handles the account of HONOR, an ATM card company. When HONOR sought a dog to appear on the cover of their direct-mail piece, the Sions volunteered their golden retriever, Riggo (named for Hall of Fame Redskin John Riggins), who is the “adorable little pup” on the cover of the monthly statement. On a recent trip to Boston they saw Dan and Kim Peard Coccoluto and new baby, Lauren. She plays roller hockey in a coed league, goes mountain biking and skiboarding, and went skydiving in July!… In 1995-96, Melissa Prodis was a volunteer in the eastern rainforest region of Guatemala. An education promoter for rural villages, she helped teachers make classrooms more interesting for kids and raised money for supplies. Back in Connecticut, Melissa took a course in home-birth practice and taught at a preschool. Last February she returned to Guatemala, apprenticed with some traditional birth attendants. First working on low-budget feature film sets, Ayr now produces documentaries. She and a business partner have distributed their first title on breast cancer, with a second in production on the legendary cabaret singers of New York City.
