Jill Howroyd Lawler was the oldest alum to perform in the 35th anniversary concert of the Bates Modern Dance Company last May. Other dancers on stage connected to the Class of ’68 were her daughter Jessica Lawler ’98; Allison Oakes ’92, daughter of Ray and Linda Anastos Oakes ’67; and Jennifer Long ’97, daughter of Susan Miller Long.
