Ralph Bartlett Goddard (American, 1861–1936)
Goddard lived and work in New York and is known for his sculpture and metalwork. He has especially undertaken plaques of famous British and American literary figures such as Charles Dickens, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, Alfred Tennyson, and William Makepeace Thackeray. Many of these are owned by The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.
