Locally grown comic goes viral with mullet wig and wolf T-shirt

A story in The Adirondack Daily Enterprise talks about the YouTube video produced by Dustin Drury ’06 and his New York City improv group, Dr. Coolsex that picks up on the viral Internet humor of the Three Wolf Moon T-shirt, which became wildly popular when it began attracting funny and ironic reviews on its Amazon.com page. As Drury told the paper: “We’re always looking for the next big thing to make fun of. My writing partner and I picked up on all this stuff, and we were like, ‘We need to do something before everyone else does.'” The hustle paid off, as their video, staring Drury in a mullet wig, was included in an ABC News story about the Three Wolf fad.
