The Office of Intercultural Education (OIE) provides and hosts events that prioritize the experiences of underrepresented identities, including students of color, international students, those who are of first-generation to attend higher ed, and of LGBTQ+ experiences.

However, it is important to note that our events are not limited to those who fall under these above identities. We strongly believe in the importance for students to have a rich college experience, and this can only happen through intentional dialogues and interactions with people from various identities, experiences and perspectives. All students are welcome to join our events, stay curious and have an intention to learn and grow.
