Hello, Incoming Bates Families –

We hope that this email finds you well and looking forward to all things Bates. We have several updates for you today:

• Move-in and Orientation: The 2021-2022 calendar has been updated to include additional detail about student arrival. We hope these dates will be helpful for your summer planning. Please continue to watch the Orientation page for key information updates, including the June 15 release of Information on AESOP.

• Your students have been updated via their secure admission portal that they now have access to Garnet Gateway. All forms that students need to complete before arriving on campus are released on a rolling basis over the summer via Garnet Gateway. If you would like visibility to your student’s financial aid or tuition payment information, your student will need to grant you access.

• Back at Bates – our family weekend- is currently scheduled for October 1-3, 2021. However, please note that this date remains flexible, and no decision has yet been made about whether this event will be virtual or in-person. Please consider this our target date, with confirmation to come.
