Greetings from campus, Bates Class of 2024 Families – 

The 158th Commencement of Bates College is just a few short months away! There will be a number of updates ahead of Sunday, May 26, 2024, and we’ll be sending you all the latest information along the way.

• The schedule of events for the weekend is now available, along with a helpful FAQ page. Both the schedule and FAQ will continue to be updated throughout the spring.
• Your senior has received information on cap and gown orders, which must be placed by Friday, March 22. Please encourage your Bobcat to meet this deadline.
• Get ready to celebrate by downloading Bobcat lawn signs, or be one of the first to offer your well wishes for your grad and the Class of 2024.
• If you have a co-parent who did not receive this update, they can update their contact information now to make sure they receive the most up-to-date information from our team.
