It is now time to fill out the final thesis questionnaire form. The department will match students with advisors based on the information you provide on this form. Therefore, it is crucial that 1. you send the form to us on time 2. you propose a thesis topic as specific and clear as possible. Given the large size of the major, it will be very difficult to change your assigned advisor if you decide to change your topic later. So, you should put some thought into this.
