Erica joined the Harley-Davidson executive team in March 2022 as the SVP of Apparel & Licensing, where she is responsible for the transformation, modernization, and growth of Harley-Davidson’s Apparel & Licensing division globally. 

Prior to Harley, Erica was at Nike, Inc. for more than 23 years. At Nike, she led teams and businesses across Nike’s global, international, domestic, and key city organizations. 

At Bates, Erica majored in French and was a member of the varsity women’s tennis team and alpine ski team. Since graduating from Bates, Erica and her family have lived in New York City, San Francisco, Amsterdam and Portland, OR. Erica and her husband. Basil, currently live in Portland, OR and their three children live in NYC, Portland, OR and their youngest is at Bates, Class of 2028.
