In January 2025, Erica rejoined Nike, Inc. as the Vice President of Global Sales, where her responsibilities include building and optimizing growth through wholesale partners, driving marketplace expansion globally and re-establishing the team and culture of Nike sales globally. 

From March 2022 to January 2025, Erica was the SVP of Harley-Davidson Apparel & Licensing where she was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the global apparel & licensing division and cross-functional team. 

Prior to Harley, Erica was at Nike, Inc. for 23 years during which she led teams and businesses across Nike’s global, international, domestic and key city organizations in sales and general management leadership roles. 

At Bates, Erica majored in French and was a member and captain of the varsity women’s tennis team and alpine ski team. Since graduating from Bates, Erica and her family have lived in New York City, San Francisco, Amsterdam and Portland, OR. Erica and her husband, Basil, currently live in Portland, OR and their three children live in NYC, Portland, OR and their youngest is at Bates, Class of 2028.
