SASC Activity Report Form

All SASC student staff members including tutors, resource representatives, and LAMP Fellows, should fill out and submit this form each pay period as a way to itemize the hours that appear on their Garnet Gateway timesheet. Be sure to submit both an activity report form and a Garnet Gateway timesheet.
