DCCE: Office Assistant (S9878B)
Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities
The Office Assistant will make posters and signs, type memos, perform data entry, fax, assist with social media posts for the department and do odd jobs. He or she will also be asked to do paperwork. Occasionally, they will be asked to perform other tasks related to special events.
The Office Assistant must have computing skills and specifically be familiar with PC, Microsoft Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Publisher.

Requirements
Required Experience: The Office Assistant must have computing skills and specifically be familiar with PC, Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Publisher.
Desired Experience: Previous Office Work
